Carpenter had an idea and knew no store-boughten door would do. . . .
Big slabs of wood dried for months in neat stacks. . . . .
My part was to pick out the hinges, straps and knobs and locks . . . .I chose black iron. . . of course!
I wouldn't try kicking one in anytime soon. . . . they each weigh about 150 lbs. each! Seriously!
He built and hung all 14 of them and we are all tucked safely inside. I must boast I have quite a talented and hard working Carpenter in all the world for my own.
